Recruiters get nominated and complete their professional profile by October 31st, 2025.
Nominees request recommendations from hiring managers through the awards platform. Recommendations include ratings based on the 6 criteria below.
After nominations close, nominees with complete profiles and at least 3 recommendations will receive an invitation to receive an official Top Recruiter Nominee logo package to boost their personal reputation online. Official Nominee Certificates are also available for purchase, to hang in your office.
Then it’s over to our judges to grant the winning titles to recruiters with the most powerful profiles, highest ratings and most recent recommendations from their candidates and clients. Winners typically have more than 10 high ranking recommendations received within the year.
North America’s Top Recruiters are announced: both agency recruiters with staffing firms, and corporate/in-house recruiters.
Winners will be announced on December 5th, 2025.

Eligibility Whether you are an in-house recruiter or working at a staffing agency in Canada or the USA, you’re eligible to be nominated. You must be working as a recruiter for a registered company - that is the only requirement. There is no cost to be nominated or to participate.
How to get nominated? Ask your best customer or hiring manager to nominate you. Simply share this website and ask them to click Nominate. You only need one nomination.
For the 2025 Awards, nominations will close on October 31st, 2025.
Once nominated, you will receive an email link to complete your Top Recruiter profile and request at least 3 client recommendations. We recommend having 10 or more in any given year for the best chance at becoming an official Top Recruiter award winner.
Qualifying nominees are invited to celebrate being a nominee together with your clients and colleagues. You will receive an exclusive opportunity to get “Top Recruiter Nominee” branding to add to your email signature, website and LinkedIn profile.
Judging begins: Your client recommendations and profile will be objectively judged and winners are chosen based on the criteria described above, in combination with the highest profile rankings based on your candidate/customer ratings and recommendations. The judges’ decision is final.
Advertising: Winners are often given a special opportunity to participate in advertorials in national news publishing platforms - both print and digital partners with whom we have negotiated preferred rates.
